Cancellation, Returns and Service Terms

These terms explain cancellation, returns and withdrawal for software and service packages sold by AHNM Yazılım on webtemagaza.com.

1. General

Packages are generally digital content / services. There is no physical goods shipment; performance occurs via access, a setup plan or licence activation.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. Notice must be given in writing or on a durable medium (email: [email protected]).

3. Exceptions

• Digital content / services that start with the consumer’s consent after notice that withdrawal will be lost
• Personalised services
• Other statutory exceptions

4. Cancellation before performance

If payment was taken but setup/licence activation has not started, a written cancellation may be accepted and a refund initiated within 14 days via the original payment method where applicable.

5. Refund process

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
• Bank/card timelines depend on the issuer.

6. Service terms

• Scope is limited to the package card and contract at purchase time.
• Force majeure may reasonably extend timelines; the Buyer will be informed.
• Abuse, licence overuse or IP infringement may lead to suspension.
